General availability: Azure Data Explorer cache policy hot windows

Azure Data Explorer's cache policy now supports the creation of time-windows in the past: hot windows.
You can use hot windows to quickly get an analytic team work on data as far back in the past as needed with the same productivity as recent data.
This is ideal for audit work and can configured easily and quickly.
