GUID migration: Azure Redis Cache, US Government regions

Starting June 1, 2018, egress charges for Azure Redis Cache geo-replication will show up as a new line item on your bill. They’ll be broken out from networking egress.
There is no change in pricing for egress for geo-replication. And there is no additional egress charge associated with Azure Redis Cache geo-replication beyond the standard Azure networking egress fees. Although there won’t be a pricing impact from this change, you'll need to modify billing routines that rely on resource GUIDs.
