Azure Functions custom handlers are now generally available

By building custom handlers, you can use your favorite language or runtime—such as Go, Rust, and PHP—in Azure Functions. Custom handlers allow you develop serverless, event-driven applications and take advantage of all available Azure Functions triggers and bindings.
