Azure Cosmos DB: Server side retries for Cassandra API in public preview

With server-side retries for the Cassandra API with Azure Cosmos DB, you can enjoy a better experience that more closely resembles the behavior of Cassandra running on virtual machines when ingesting large amounts of data. Provision throughput as RU/s and Azure Cosmos DB performs database operations up to the amount of throughput provisioned. When that amount is reached, Azure Cosmos DB applies rate-limiting on requests and returns 429 responses to users. With the new server-side retries, Azure Cosmos DB will now retry operations rather than apply rate-limiting.
