Azure Batch client library for .NET updated

The Azure Batch client library is updated to v1.1.0. The new Batch client library has the following changes:

• The synchronous versions of the API calls can be used in GUI and ASP.NET message pump threads without deadlocking.
• Updated IntelliSense documents.
• Minor bug fixes.
