Token lifecycle management is now in private preview

Previously, we relied on the Azure DevOps UI to create, renew, and expire personal access tokens. In this sprint, we're excited to announce Azure DevOps REST API support for personal access tokens that's available now in private preview.
Other key features to enhance the overall user experience are now available:

- PAT lifecycle management API (private preview)
- Token management events now in Audit Logs
- Limit user visibility and collaboration to specific projects
- Hide organization settings

- Approver details available in audit logs
- Change in process for obtaining free pipelines grant in public projects
