Public preview: Azure API Management support for OpenAPI Specification v3

We've introduced preview support of OpenAPI Specification v3 in Azure API Management. OpenAPI Specification v3 is the latest version of the broadly used open-source standard of describing APIs.

Azure API Management now supports:

• Import of OpenAPI Specification v3 files in the JSON and YAML formats in the Azure portal and through the REST API. Certain import restrictions apply.
• Export of OpenAPI Specification v3 files in the JSON and YAML formats in theAzure portal and the developer portal,as well as throughthe REST API (YAML only).
