Live transcription is a new feature of Azure Media Services v3 APIs, wherein you can enhance the streams delivered to viewers with machine-generated text that is transcribed from spoken words in the audio feed. This feature was first announced in Nov 2019 and we are now making this available in additional regions.

For the Hyperscale service tier in Azure SQL Database, TDE with bring your own key (BYOK) support is now available in preview. TDE with BYOK gives customers full and granular control over usage and management of the database encryption key (also known as TDE protector) and enables central management of keys in Azure Key Vault.
Machine Learning services with support for R and Python languages now include limited preview support on Azure SQL Managed Instance.
Azure Cosmos DB Java SDK for Core (SQL) API enables interaction with Azure Cosmos DB from Java applications. This latest SDK version 4.0 allows sending requests to Azure Cosmos DB via the recommended Core (SQL) API.
