Data Factory adds a management hub, inline datasets and support for CDM in data flows

- Azure Synapse Analytics workspace and ADF now have a new Management Hub UI to provide a single place in which to manage connections and triggers.
- Data Flows now allow inline datasets as part of your source and sink transformation definitions. This allows for more flexible formats in ADF including the Common Data Model (CDM) which is now in public preview in ADF.
