There is no charge for monitoring in Azure AI Foundry. Tracing in Azure AI Foundry requires connecting to Application Insights resource and there is no additional charge in Azure AI Foundry. Please check out pricing for Azure Monitor logs pricing here.

Azure AI Foundry supports different kinds of evaluators including agent evaluator, risk and safety evaluators, General purpose evaluators and more. Learn more about supported evaluators here.

Only safety, red teaming and playground evaluations are billed using the AI evaluations meter. All other cloud evaluations including quality and continuous evaluations are billed using input and output tokens (with no surcharge) with bring your own judge model deployment.
