Copilot Credits
“Copilot Credits” are a measure of the time and effort required for your agent to retrieve information and respond to your prompts and any actions that the agent takes, based on custom triggers and skills. The number of Copilot Credits decremented for each response or action is dependent on the complexity of the task completed by the agent.

Microsoft Copilot Studio is priced as a Pay-As-You-Go service. Pay-As-You-Go allows you to pay for the resources you consume, making it flexible for variable workloads. The unit of consumption is “Copilot Credits” and the number of Copilot Credits consumed depends on the type of agent built, the knowledge sources it utilizes and the complexity of the answer or action generated in response to the prompt.
