Standard tier pricing changes for Azure Web Sites

Now that we've introduced the Basic pricing tier, we're making some improvements to the Standard tier. We're increasing the storage quota from 10 GB to 50 GB, adding 5 free SNI SSL and dedicated IP to each subscription, and removing the Web Socket 350 connection limit. Changes take effect in April 2014.
