Pricing details
Azure Private 5G Core (AP5GC) offers simple, scalable, and secure deployment of private 5G core networks on an Azure Arc–managed edge platform. Deploy and connect 4G or 5G standalone radios for coverage, procure and provision SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) profiles, and connect devices all available from our ecosystem partners. The service is launched from the available cloud region to manage multiple private 5G networks across global enterprise edge sites.
Service charge is based on the amount of time the service is provisioned and available for the selected package. For technical specifications and limitations of AP5GC, please refer to the Azure Private 5G Core documentation | Microsoft Docs. Certain capabilities may require the use of additional Azure services which are charged separately. AP5GC requires the deployment of Azure Stack Edge (ASE) Pro with GPU. Throughput per AP5GC-Azure Private 5G Core provisioned capacity measured in throughput per second (Mbps/Gbps) of Uplink plus Downlink of user plane traffic through a single packet core instance deployed on an edge site.
Activated Devices per network service-Number of SIMs that are activated and ready for connection across a single private mobile network service configured in the cloud, shared across multiple packet core instances.
Radio Units per AP5GC instance-Number of Radio Access Network nodes (eNB and gNB) connected to the Azure Private 5G Core network instance at any given site. This can be a Radio Unit in an All-In-One or Open RAN architecture (CU).

Azure Private 5G Core does not limit the usage of throughput per instance (up to 25 Gbps per ASE pro), number of activated SIM per network service or the number of connected Radio Units per AP5GC instance. Additional charges apply for usage beyond the provisioned package type.
