Public preview: Azure Database for MySQL - Flexible Server auto scale IO

With auto scale IO, you no longer need to pre-provision IOPS and pay for resources that you aren’t fully using. Enabling this feature allows your instance of Azure Database for MySQL – Flexible Server to scale IO up and down depending on workload trends, which is best for unpredictable or bursty workloads. With auto scale IO, you only pay for the amount of IO that you use, providing possible cost savings.
