Name changes: SQL Database Singleton US Government

Azure SQL Database is an intelligent, fully managed, relational cloud database service.
Effective August 1, 2018, the names for vCore-based Single Database and Elastic Pool compute (Gen4 and Gen5) and storage for US Gov, US Arizona, and US Texas GUIDs will change. Effective September 1, 2018, US DoD names will change. There won’t be a pricing impact from this change, but you will need to modify billing routines that rely on names.
