Infrastructure Encryption for Azure Monitor dedicated clusters now generally available

Azureinfrastructureencryption (double encryption) is now provided for Azure storage. Data ingested to Azure Monitor dedicated cluster is being encrypted twice at the service level and infrastructure level. All clusters created from 1 November 2020 have this setting enabled. You can verify your cluster settings via GET request on the cluster, for clusters created with double encryption "isDoubleEncryptionEnabled": true
