General availability: SQL Database Index Advisor

SQL DB Index Advisor is now generally available in the Azure Portal. This release of Index Advisor brings capabilities to help you improve the performance of your databases, including:

1. Option to automatically apply new index recommendations to your database
2. Initial release of DROP INDEX recommendations (in preview)
3. Notification status bar when new recommendations are available
4. Capability to visualize the index impact by using Query Performance Insight
