General availability: Provisioned throughput increase for Azure Ultra Disk Storage

Azure Ultra Disk Storage offers high throughput, high IOPS, and consistent low latency disk storage for Azure VMs. The increased throughput to 4,000 MB/s per disk is ideal for data-intensive workloads, such as large relational databases and high- performance OLTP scenarios. A single Ultra Disk can achieve the maximum IOPS and throughput on the new Ebs and EBds v5 Azure VMs (in limited preview), reducing the complexity of managing multiple disks striped together. The increased throughput can also be leveraged by multiple Azure VMs when the Ultra Disk is configured as shared disk.
