General Availability: Microsoft Azure US Central and US East 2 regions

We're pleased to announce the general availability of two new Microsoft Azure regions – US Central in Iowa and US East 2 in Virginia. The Azure website has been updated to provide detailed information on service availability and pricing for the new regions. Note that, while prices for most services are the same across regions, pricing for Virtual Machines is region-specific.
