Azure Storage Data Movement Library 0.5.0 release

The Azure Storage Data Movement Library version 0.5.0 has been released and includes these improvements:
Support for increased blob sizes, up to 4.77 TB. Please read General Availability: Larger Block Blobs on the Azure Storage blog to learn more.
A new option, TransferManager.Configurations.BlockSize, where you can specify the size of blocks when transferring data to a block blob. Please refer to the reference documentation for more details.
Upgrade of the Azure Storage Client Library dependency to 8.0.0.
Support for copying a source blob snapshot when the name includes special characters.
