Azure DevTest Labs: Use Azure CLI to claim VMs in a lab

The latest version of Azure CLI 2.0 includes commands for Azure DevTest Labs users to:
- List all the claimable VMs in a lab.
- Claim a specific VM based on the VM name.
- Claim a random VM from the claimable pool.
When a claimable VM name is not specified, the command will claim a random VM from the pool. For more information about the claim commands, check out the DevTest Labs CLI command reference. If you are new to Azure CLI, follow these instructions to install Azure CLI 2.0.
