App Service integration with GitHub Actions now generally available

The App Service Deployment Center has supported the GitHub Actions automated CI/CD framework since March 2020. These integrations are now generally available for use on production workloads. You can now run an automated workflow whenever there is a new pull request, commit, or other event in your GitHub repository.
