General availability: Azure Advisor

Azure Advisor is a personalized recommendation guide that helps you follow best practices to optimize your Azure resources. It analyzes your resource configuration and usage, and provides guidance that can help you improve high availability, security, performance, and cost effectiveness of your Azure resources. Azure Advisor recommendations can be accessed at no additional cost.

Azure Advisor has been in preview since November 2016.
