How to buy Azure in the Australia Central Regions
Azure in the Australia Central Regions can be purchased from Microsoft through a Pay-as-you-go online subscription or through an Enterprise Agreement. Off-the-shelf and custom Azure solutions can also be acquired through regional solution providers.
The Azure Australia Central Regions are designed for Australian and New Zealand government, critical infrastructure organisations and their suppliers.
The following 10 sectors are eligible to purchase Azure within these regions. Organisations outside these categories may also be eligible, depending on their specific circumstances.

Microsoft operates a process for whitelisting Azure subscriptions to deploy Azure to the Australia Central Regions. To be whitelisted, you must:
- Obtain authorisation. This is only done once, even if your organisation has multiple subscriptions.
- Provide Azure subscription IDs for explicit whitelisting. This is done for each subscription but can be done in bulk.
