App Service is now an events publisher on Azure Event Grid (in preview)
App Service is now an events publisher with Event Grid, enabling developers to subscribe to events from their web apps or app service plans and act using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, webhooks, and other services. The feature is available for Windows and Linux apps in all public regions.

Azure Security Center—Workflow automation is now generally available
The workflow automation feature of Azure Security Center is now generally available. Use it to automatically trigger Logic Apps on security alerts and recommendations. In addition, manual triggers are available for alerts and all recommendations that have the quick fix option available.
Azure Functions—Python 3.8 support is now generally available
Azure Functions support for Python 3.8 is now generally available. This enables developing, debugging, and deploying Function Apps for production scenarios using the tools of your choice, specifically Visual Studio Code, the Azure portal, Azure Functions Core Tools and Azure CLI.

Azure Logic Apps updates for November and December 2019
These are the new features, fixes, and connectors for Azure Logic Apps that were released in November and December of 2019.
Azure App Service—SameSite cookie handling and .NET Framework 4.7.2 patch
As part of the January 2020 update to Azure App Service, .NET Framework patches that update how .NET framework apps handle the SameSite cookie property are being installed. The service is also deploying an App Service compatibility behavior that applies to all applications running on App Service for scenarios where a cookie has set the SameSite property to "None".

With the general availability of integration service environments, we’ve made several improvements from preview to give your Logic Apps more power when running in an ISE.
New-and-improved SAP connector is now generally available
The SAP connector for Logic Apps enables bidirectional integration of data between SAP and other LOB applications or SaaS. The connector works with SAP's classical releases such R/3, ECC systems on-premises. The connector also enables integration with the SAP's newer HANA based SAP systems such as S/4 HANA, wherever they are hosted - on premises or in the cloud.
Inline Code for Azure Logic Apps is in preview
Committed to meet customers where they are, the new Inline code feature enables developers to write and execute simple ECMAScript (also known as JavaScript) right from within Logic Apps.
RosettaNet connector and standard support is now in preview
Logic Apps provides the ability to send and receive RosettaNet based messages through RosettaNet connector, which supports the operations to decode or receive and encode or send messages.
