Public preview: Azure Managed Instance for Apache Cassandra enhancements

We're introducing multiple updates to Azure Managed Instance of Apache Cassandra. The latest update to the service allows you to automate deployment and scaling of open source Apache Cassandra, now with a choice of deploying Apache Cassandra 4.0 clusters, in addition to version 3.11 that they can already deploy. The service also introduces the ability to run Cassandra nodetool commands using Azure CLI.
