Improvements in Logic app triggers

We have made a couple of important improvements with regards to Logic app triggers, specifically:

1. Retry policy support. You can now customize the number of times that a trigger will retry when there are failures.
2. New manual trigger type. This trigger in your Logic app definition can be used for the direct access endpoint to receive requests. It has an optional field called schema where you can define the form of your incoming JSON request.
