General availability: Azure IoT Gateway SDK

The Azure IoT Gateway SDK entered general availability in its November release. Developers can now create on-premises gateways that allow their IoT solutions to do more: connect purpose-built and legacy devices without replacing existing infrastructure, run analytics on the edge, perform time-sensitive decisions by minimizing latency, and enforce security and privacy constraints.
