Event Hubs supports AMQP over Web Sockets

Azure Event Hubs, the cloud-scale telemetry ingress service, has added support for Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP) over Web Sockets for customers who cannot use standard AMQP ports because of network restrictions.
