Integration of Azure Backup into the VM creation experience

You can now configure Azure Backup while you're creating a virtual machine. From the Azure portal, you can:

• Select a Recovery Services vault (which stores backups) in a different resource group than the virtual machine for access control. 
• Choose the backup schedule and retention.
