Azure Private Link is now available in all regions

Azure Private Link enables connectivity to Azure Services. It is now available in all regions for Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and your own Private Link Service.
Private Link for Azure Cosmos DB (preview) is available in limited regions: West Central US, West US, and North Central US.
General improvements to Private Link include:
- Support for private endpoints on subnets with service endpoints enabled
- Support for private endpoints to a remote custom Private Link service deployed in a different region
- Support to create and manage your own Private Link service and manage private endpoint connections across all Private Link resources
