Private preview: App Service hybrid connections manager for Linux

This feature is in private preview. The hybrid connections manager feature allows apps to access on-premises systems and services securely. The feature can be used to provide access in multiple networks from a single app in addition to providing many other advantages. Now you can install hybrid connections manager on Linux clients, removing the need to install a Windows client to access the feature.
