General Availability: Custom Neural Voice, a Text-to-Speech capability within Speech Service

Announcing Custom Neural Voice, now available in general availability. It is important to note that although Custom Neural Voice is GA from a technological standpoint, interested customers must apply and be approved to use it. Alternatively, developers can add text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities to their apps quickly by creating an Azure Speech instance and selecting from a rich choice of over 200 voices, including 129 neural voices and 77 standard voices across 54 languages/locales.
