Azure Container Registry—Open Container Initiative (OCI) new artifact registry types supported (in preview)

Azure Container Registry now has the ability to store new artifact types including Helm 3 charts. We’ve worked with the OCI image specification to add upstream enhancements for supporting new registry artifact types.
