HDInsight 4.0 in preview

Azure HDInsight 4.0 Preview is now available, backed by our enterprise-grade SLA.
HDInsight 4.0 brings updates to several open-source components in the Apache Hadoop and Spark ecosystems, enabling new capabilities for our customers. HDInsight 4.0 uses the latest version of Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP) 3.0.1. Features in this version include enhanced capabilities for Hive, Kafka, Oozie, Phoenix, Spark, Storm and Hbase.
To start using this version, select HDInsight 4.0 while creating a new cluster in HDInsight.
