Public preview: Cluster auto-upgrade now respects planned maintenance windows

Planned maintenance allows you to schedule weekly maintenance windows for updates to minimise workload impact. Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) now supports the ability for you to use cluster auto-upgrade with planned maintenance windows. This allows you to schedule your automatic upgrades during a specific time slot that you allocated.
