Private preview: New Azure Arc capabilities in November 2021

Azure Arc is announcing new functionality, first of which is deeper integration with vSphere. This means you can now create and delete virtual machines in VMware vSphere therefore bringing more lifecycle management capabilities to Azure Arc. We are also bringing this capability to Azure Stack HCI as well, with deeper integration with Azure Stack HCI.
