Preview of performance recommendations for Azure Database for PostgreSQL

Azure Database for PostgreSQL can learn and adapt to your workloads. The preview release of performance recommendations provides a list of recommendations for creating new indexes to potentially improve the performance of your workloads. Opt in to implement these recommendations by using the SQL command provided with each listed recommendation.
