Name changes: Azure SQL Database long-term backup retention, US Government regions

As of 1 June 2018, long-term backup retention names will change from “LTR RA-GRS Backup Storage” to “LTR Backup Storage”. There won’t be an impact on pricing, but you will need to modify billing routines that rely on names.
