Log replay service for Azure SQL Managed Instance in public preview

Log replay service (LRS) in preview for SQL Managed Instance utilises log shipping technology to enable custom migrations of databases from SQL Servers 2008 to 2019, on-premises or in a virtual machine, to SQL Managed Instance in the cloud. The LRS feature enables fully customisable data migration solutions to be built in cases when more control is needed, when there is little tolerance for downtime or when the Azure data migration service cannot be used.
