General availability: Azure Private Link support for Azure Databricks

Azure Private Link support for Azure Databricks is now generally available. This capability enables Azure Private Link connections for private connectivity between users and their Azure Databricks workspaces, as well as between clusters on the data plane and the core services on the control plane within the Azure Databricks workspace infrastructure. Azure Private Link connects to services directly without exposing the traffic to the public network. Please see Enable Azure Private Link for details.
