General availability: Azure Network Watcher in Microsoft Azure Government

Azure Network Watcher is now generally available in Microsoft Azure Government.
Network Watcher is a regional service that you can use to monitor and diagnose conditions at a network scenario level in, to and from Azure. Diagnostic and visualisation tools available with Network Watcher help you gain insights into your network. This service includes connection troubleshoot, NSG flow logs, packet capture, IP flow verify, VPN troubleshoot, Topology and more.
