General availability: Azure Cognitive Services Translator document translation feature

Document translation is now generally available. When translating large documents, users must parse the documents to extract text, split them into smaller sections and translate them separately.
This process is simplified with document translation. It pulls each document, applies the right parsing technique and translates the textual content into target languages while preserving the layout and format from the source documents.
