Azure SQL Database ledger available in public preview

Ledger capability is now supported on SQL Database, enabling tamper-evidence through cryptographic verification for your centralised data stores. Ledger eliminates the additional cost, complexity and performance overhead of decentralised blockchain technology while providing many of the benefits of blockchain in a fully managed and familiar SQL environment.
