The Azure Quota REST API to manage service limits (quotas) is now generally available

Azure Quota API is now generally available. You can use it to automate quota management and integrate it programmatically with your internal tools and applications.
Azure Quota API makes it easy to look up the current usage of your service quotas and to request increases. It is a one-stop shop for viewing and managing your quotas swiftly. You can currently use Quota API for managing quotas for Azure virtual machines (cores/vCPU) and Azure Machine Learning services programmatically. You can get current quota limits and current usage, and request quota increases by subscription, resource provider, resource name and location.
