Support for IaaS under Azure Resource Manager in Australia and Brazil regions

We are announcing support for Azure Compute, Network, and Storage Providers (IaaS) under Azure Resource Manager in Australia East, Australia Southeast, and Brazil South starting today. This enables you to use template-based deployment of virtual machines with extensions, software-defined networks, and storage accounts with RBAC in those regions.
