Public preview: Simplified compute node communication

Azure Batch service offers simplified node communication to manage the Batch pool infrastructure by reducing complexity and increasing the security with inbound and outbound networking connections. In addition, simplified compute node communication provides more benefit by explicitly locking down the outbound communication to Azure resources and removing the necessity to open ports for inbound communication from the internet.
