General availability: Windows Server Container orchestration with Azure Service Fabric

Windows Server Container support on Azure Service Fabric is now generally available with the Service Fabric runtime 5.6 and SDK 2.6 release. This release includes a number of new features targeted at container orchestration, including a DNS service, resource governance, Operations Management Suite integration, and more.
