General availability: Azure Network Watcher

Azure Network Watcher is now generally available—so far, in the US West Central, US North Central, and US West regions.
Network Watcher is a regional service that you can use to monitor and diagnose conditions at a network scenario level in, to, and from Azure. Diagnostic and visualization tools available with Network Watcher help you gain insights into your network. This service includes packet capture, next hop, IP flow verify, security group view, and NSG flow logs.
