CDN updates in Azure Management portal

A number of significant Content Delivery Network (CDN) updates were made in the Azure Management portal. You are now able to do the following:

• Specify a custom origin so that CDN can link to any origin, not only Azure services
• Create multiple CDN endpoints for the same origin
• Save the CDN content in any origin folder
